McArthur Library offers several meeting spaces for reservation. Priority in making these spaces available is given first to Library functions, then to the City of Biddeford or its departments, and then to non-profit organizations, and individuals. Please note that businesses or for-profit entities are welcome to use the spaces, as they are available, with a suggested donation.
McArthur Library has the following spaces available for booking:
- Small Group Meeting Room on the first floor (4 to 6 people)
- Community Room on the first floor (up to 75 people, theater-style, retractable center divider)
- Wolfahrt Room on the second floor (up to 15 people)
Walk-in reservations may be available upon request pending availability.

When requesting, please be sure to include: your name, contact information (email and phone), your group/organization and whether it is a non-profit, requested dates and times, room you are requesting, and purpose of meeting room usage.
