No matter where you are in Maine, you’re always at the library!  You’ll find thousands of magazines, newspapers, learning tools, references and more available through this expansive online resource, free to all Maine citizens! Access the resources you need anywhere within Maine.

Pine Tree Legal Assistance ensures that state and federal laws affecting poor people are upheld, while also addressing the systemic barriers to justice faced by Mainers with low incomes. Forms are available here for items such as SNAP/TANF benefits, rental issues, debt collection, and court fee waivers.

Reference Solutions is a powerful online reference and research tool providing library cardholders instant, real-time access to accurate, in-depth information on businesses (114 million) and consumers (330 million). 

Note that this resource is only available from within the library.  From outside the library, you will be prompted for a Portland Public Library card number.

ConsumerReports.org is the sister product of the Consumer Reports print magazine—both are published as an independent nonprofit testing and information organization.  Access to this resource is provided by Portland Public Library.
