How to Change Custody/Child Support – this workshop defines 3 types of post-judgement actions that are most commonly used to change or enforce custody orders and child support. The presentation includes information on how to locate and fill out forms, serve the other party, file a motion, and some information on what the court process looks like. There are resources provided that connect participants to legal aid organizations that provide legal advice or representation to low income individuals.
