The Biological Approach to Gardening
The first in our 2026 Gardening Series with Biddeford Community Gardens.
Landscaper Steve Hayes will give a talk on the microbiome of soil, why it is important, and how to achieve a healthy soil biome. Snacks will be provided.
Steve Hayes lives in Arundel, Maine where he makes a living as an organic gardener. He is a recent graduate from Elaine Ingram’s Soil Food Web School.
